Worker Verification
- All workers undergo ID verification before joining
- Background checks are conducted on every applicant
- Skills are assessed through practical tests
- References are verified independently
- Workers are re-screened annually
During the Service
- Always confirm the worker's identity using the app
- Keep valuables secured during the service
- Stay home or have a trusted adult present
- Use the in-app chat for all communication
- Do not share personal financial information
For Workers
- Always carry your TaskLocal ID badge
- Arrive on time and in professional attire
- Respect client privacy and property
- Never request cash payments outside the app
- Report any uncomfortable situations immediately
Payment Safety
- All payments are processed securely in-app
- Never pay workers in cash outside the platform
- Payments are only released after service completion
- All transactions are encrypted and monitored
- Dispute resolution is available for all bookings
